Steep stairs, making it difficult to climb with heavy luggage. Some rooms have a slight smell from the bathroom sewage.

The staffs are not helpful and gave me shit face when I have asked for their help to book the airport taxi (which only cost me USD10.50) instead of using their USD15 taxi service). Everything the staffs recommended (which they are not sure about the details as well) are on the high side, including restaurant and tour packages.

I stayed at a great hostel in Hanoi with a perfect location and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me with transfers, sightseeing tips, and even let me take a shower after checking out. One of the staff members, Derrick, made my experience even better by showing me around the city on his motorbike and giving me useful advice.

They provided excellent care and recommended activities in Hanoi, including where to go for egg coffee. Anna was particularly polite and helpful. the breakfast was simple, but good, with fresh fruit. Welcome drink was a nice gesture.
